Online Return Process

Enginetech understands there may be situations where you need to return a part or parts to us. Please find following the steps to ensure you receive an expeditious credit to your account:

Returns to our Dallas warehouse

For returns to our Dallas warehouse or one of our nationwide distribution centers, call Jacob Garcia at (800)869-8711 ext. 206 to obtain a valid return authorization number (RGA#).

RGA#

Write the valid RGA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Resalable Condition

Parts must be either new or in resalable condition (cannot be installed or dirty and must be in original, packaging with no writing on product box).

Obsolete or Discontinued

Parts cannot be returned if they are obsolete or have been discontinued.

RGA# Time Period

Your RGA# is only valid for 30 days. Your parts must be returned/received within this time period to receive credit.

Provided your RGA number follows the guidelines above, your credit will be processed within 24 hours. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a delay of credit or return of parts to sender.
